Non-Refundable Charges After Free Trial Period
By agreeing to these terms of use, you acknowledge and agree that any charges incurred following the free trial period of AI Spark Pro image studio are non-refundable. After the expiration of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged based on the subscription plan you have chosen, and these charges are final and cannot be refunded.
Please note that it is your responsibility to cancel your account before the end of the free trial period if you do not wish to incur charges. AI Spark Pro image studio will not be responsible for any charges incurred due to failure to cancel the subscription before the end of the free trial period.
#If you cancel within the 7-day free trial period, no charges will be incurred. After the trial period ends, a one-time charge for 24 months of subscription fees will be applied. The subscription will renew automatically, with charges recurring every 2 years.
To prevent abuse of the free service, if you wish to cancel during or after the 7-day trial period, you will be required to provide a valid identification document and partial credit card information for verification.
Given that a 7-day trial period has been provided, any subscription fees charged for the 24-month period following the trial will not be refunded. Additionally, refunds will not be issued on a monthly basis for any unused portion of the 2-year period.
